Event & Celebration Setup Services
We provide event setup support for approved gatherings hosted at your rental property. Services are customized based on event size and layout needs.
Intimate Celebration Setup
Ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, or small gatherings for two to ten guests.
May include:
- Romantic or themed décor placement
- Table setting and candle arrangement
- Balloon or floral setup
- Dessert or gift table staging
- Beverage station arrangement
- Light post-event reset (if scheduled in advance)
Food, beverages, décor, and/or supplies must be supplied in-advance
Pricing Structure:
- 1.5-hour minimum
- Billed hourly per team member
- Most intimate setups require 1.5–3 labor hours
This option is designed for simple, meaningful occasions that require thoughtful preparation without full event coordination.
Small to Mid-Size Event Setup
For gatherings such as birthday parties, showers, or approved celebrations up to approximately 40 guests.
